By using Pacely, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Racer Passport Account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in link secure, and maintain control of your Racer Passport account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Profile Content and Ownership
You keep ownership of the content you add to your Racer Passport, including profile text, race results, links, and gear details. By posting content, you grant us the rights needed to host, display, and operate your profile on Pacely.
4. Public Profile and Sharing
Racer Passport is built to be shared. Information you choose to make public can be viewed by anyone with your profile link. You are responsible for what you publish publicly.
5. Race Data and Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of race history and claims added to your profile. We may remove clearly misleading, fraudulent, or abusive content to protect platform trust.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Pacely to violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform reliability and security.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, paused, or removed as the product evolves.
